WX25 - Dongle cannot recognize

Hi All,

I just get full box for WX25.

What is the Serial Number and what is The Activation Code?

I already got yellow tag card with some number. I try to register at www.windev.com/DL

But still no success.

All 3 WX25 license cannot be use because the dongle is not recognize.

Hi Mujahid,

it's a problem of your dongle driver! De-install the old one and install the correct one from the installation directory!

Hi Guenter Predl,

Im still cannot find on how to de-install the dongle.

When im run the Windev then it will appear info like this:

Electronic protection not recognized.
Check whether dongle is correctly plugged in.
Check whether printer is connected.
If you use a network dongle, no other license is available.

Hello Paulo,

Thank you for your post. I finally swapped over from Win7 to Win10 and of course had to re-install the HASP drivers so your post was invaluable.

Why on earth PCSoft don't include a couple of batch files to run the purge and install I will never know. It would make the process so much easier.
