WM23 HttpRequest stopped working

Hi all,

I have a deployed WM23 app that uses a HTTPRequest from a WB Web Server.

A few days ago it stopped working on iOS, but keeps working on Android and works when called from the browser.

Does anybody know if Apple have switched off the UIWebView API that the WM framework uses? Is my only option to upgrade to WM25?

NB. There have been no recent changes to the Webservice or the Deployed app.

if the URL is http and not https, that may explain the problem as that is more and more frown upon by apple, and they are trying to restrict connecting to anything in non secure ways

We are having the same problem.

Presumably it's because of this:
ITMS-90809: Deprecated API Usage - Apple will stop accepting submissions of apps that use UIWebView APIs . See [developer.apple.com] for more information.

Don't know if some has found a way around it without updating to WM25?

Found in this blog that it should work fine with version 23... [blogs.pcsoft.fr]
