Yes there is but it needs to be managed on the IIS side.
Make sure in IIS your website is using AD Authentication (Windows/Kerberos/Negotiate).
This will require the user to authenticate against the AD domain when going to your website.
Next the browser will propose to save these credentials and as-of then there is an automatic sign-on (until the user e.g. had to change is AD password).On the W-Language server side code you can get the AD user name related to the session (But I don't know the command by heart).
