Hi,

one of my customers complains Crash when printing, no matter which Report is printed ( Win 10)

Module : wd220prn.dll
Version du module : 22.0.165.0
VI : 01A220073h
Adresse de base : 51BC0000
Erreur systeme : Access violation (GPF)
EIP = 51C281C4
OS : Windows 8 (6.2.9200)

Worked since months, no Change in app, the customer has seen a lot of updates.
Printing from pc with different OS Versions is still ok.

Anybody else out there who can confirm this and/or knows a solution?

Hi Erik

have a look to the printer option in Win10.
