Did anyone manage (from code) to detect the change of status of android phone
(ringing of phone, end of conversation ...) ?

Does anyone know how to implement this code in Windev mobile?

This is a BroadcastReciver class. JAVA code should be created in WM to achieve the required functionality. Does anyone have experience with this?
