I have a question about a webservice deployment that I don't know the answer to.
In the help file here:

Specify:
- the name of the Webservice. By default, the Webservice name corresponds to the name of the current project.
- the mode for passing parameters to the functions.
Note: We recommend that you use the direct setting of functions.
Under the 'Generating a webservice' in WinDev it asks me what mode to use for passing parameters to the functions:
If I use 'Direct Setting' the webservice call fails in my app with an error of 'Failure retrieving the return value of the User_GetVersion_MessageOut operation.'
What is the difference between these two modes? Does anybody know why one option works and the other option doesn't work?
