WX 25 has been announced and I am happy to see that PCSoft is finally opening up it's platform somewhat (GitHub, Text or YAML source code, extend/overload properties to any WX object, …)
10 years late but better late than never I guess… Developing an alternative for the dongles is the next step I guess.
The use of Lambda or Linq expressions like in C-Sharp (Less readable, super powerful).
A syntax more and more in line with other modern languages variable.method() instead of variable = function(variable).
Easier multithreading like in C-Sharp.
One development environment for all products.
French/English/Spanish WX IDE versions don't require separate installs anymore.
Missing major advancements in the Webdev WB area though. It still seems and awkward beat in the web development landscape to me.
Rarely use Mobile WM so can't say much useful on that.
