[WD21] Live Chat type application

Good day

Maybe somebody knows of an example, or application for sale, that can easily be integrated into a desktop application for 'Live chat' type communications with users and support personnel.

I want to include it in one of my desktop applications. If somebody has an issue, they are connected to the internet, and I am connected as well, then can just send a support request, or ask a question and I can sort them out quickly.

Hi Ericus,

never tried, but Telegramm offers a SDK where you can use the thelegram infrastructure in your own application.
There is a lot of Information on their Homepage.
