[WDINT24] Cannot create translation file

[WDINT24] Cannot create translation file

Was anybody able to create a translation file using WDINT version 24?
When I want to 'Check out the messages to translate' and follow the wizard steps, WDINT closes (with animation) but does not create the framework.wdmsg file.
