WB23 Undesired Zone height extension in Web Responsive design

Hello:

I'm creating a Web Responsive design in WB23, and I have a problem with a Zone which has the right height at design but it expands like 3 times at runtime (in the final web page).

I tried zone anchoring as both (edit size and adapt to content) but it always extents presenting a huge white (useless) space. The zone only has two STC elements, and both elements remains same height.

What could be the problem?

I notice in the zone, there is an inside and outside margins, but I don't know how these two are related with the zone height....
I couldn't find information for these margins associated with the zone area.

Hi Michael,

In my experience you don't need zones in responsive design.
In fact I when I first started designing responsive I remember struggling to get rid of this awful feature.
