I get different results from both packages. Can I install without issues both versions (32b vs 64b) of the current IDE? I want to create different exe's for testing.

Hello,

that irritates me too. The more or less automatically available configurations of 32-bit/64-bit for the same project have been omitted, now you have the "configuration management" and there you have to set that version (32-bit / 64-bit) that is the version which you're using currently - and compiling to.

The procedure is:

1 - See / Define your configurations in window "Manage the Configurations"

2 - Coose the current configuration in the same window, click the first column of that configuration in the table

3 - Observe that the "Create executable button" in the left refers to exactly that configuration

Kind regards,
