WD24 Printing issues/errors

I have upgraded a project to version 24. Works great in my office, but not at my client's network. Any printing is very slow and sometimes throws an error and closes the program. The error refers that the header is to big to print? Anybody else have any issues?

This client just finished their season. 500+ reservations/usage each day for 4 months. Only a little gross revenue of 6,000,000+.$ US for 4 months. (not 2 bad) I have installed the program that is built with the V24-32 bit ide. No more printing errors. The 64 bit ide, i haven't retried.
