Just my 2 cents, but the question is not detailed enough. Yes hfsql does a great job and no hfsql does not.
It all depends on the nature of your project.
- lot's off simultaneous users?
- heavy queries gathering info or just enter some data and add a few records?
- is there a need to access the database with other tools (like PowerBI or Qlikview)
- is there an IT department involved (some only like the more known databases)
- etc
So it is not really webdev related.
