SCM loose some bitmap info

When I have checked in an application on PC 1 and I go to PC 2 to continue working,
I lose certain info.

Many buttons for which I had beautiful bitmaps made suddenly appear in 5 states (image) and 5 states (border).

I put everything back on 1 state and save the project again in the SCM.

When I check in again and on the previous PC again ... then this repeats itself again.

Is this a bug ?
