WD23 Setup editor new features?

Hello All

In the new 1000 items of WD23 there is Setup editor with 3 new items

Silent setup
Silent automatic updates
Easy setup without UAC

There also seems to be silent help because I can not find anything on these features.

Has anyone used them or even do they exist?
