Friends, I am looking for some advice on the best source for printed
docs on the 3 products, paid, free, whatever. The videos are
wonderful, but I am looking for printed documentation.

Correct - good examples and pretty comprehensive - but need lots and
lots and lots of hours in the trenches coding and deploying and live
testing and so on.

And also has happened so many times, from now back to xxx, after being
in the trenches for a short while, so many of the docs, and Fabrice's
videos, when going back through them, are so helpful, the second and the
third time. Great advice.
