Number formats off on report printed from rest web service

Hi,

I'm having an odd issue where reports printed from a REST webservice are printing number formats incorrectly. When printed from webservice
6,950.00 displays as 6 950,00.

This number prints correctly when this same report printed from windev desktop app. Both the REST API and Desktop app are configurations in the same windev 22 project.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening? (It's not localization settings in windows on the web server)

it probably is, in fact... check what the settings are for the user running the webservice, NOT the user you are logging with.
