WD12 New Table Property: Source to fill

Hello

in the Table content Source to fill I can choose:
Memory-Table,
File load in Memory and Max Records <---this is new
File with direct access

How can I check from w-language the new property??

I need the difference between File Load Memory and File with direct access.

How can I set the MaxRecords ??

How can I change the error-message. (if MaxRecords is reached)
