I am reading Outlook emails using the built-in email structure and adding info to a file.

There is a descrepency between the received time reported by Outlook and the time returned by email.ReceiveDate. It appears that the time in the email structure is the send time based on the local time of the person sending the email, not the time my system received the email.

For instance I received an email at 7:50 this morning, and what email.ReceiveDate says is 5/28/08 at 2:49 PM, and it is only 9:16 AM here !

Any suggestions/comments?
