Nope. You can't.
A workaround is probabely to attach individual Sidebarepanes to a Group
ID. ie GP_SBITEM; Now create a invisible Menu adequate to your SB Items
again ie ; SB items. Job, House, Wife ... Menu Items Job, House, Wife.
Set the Menu Item Group property to GP_SBITEM.
due to the fact that user group is able to deal with menu items a
groupware menu item DISABLE automatically disables the sidebar item(s)
'cause they belong to the same group;
