I am new to WebDev and relatively new to Web programming. One of the concepts I ran into in Visual Studio was "Session Variables" which are unique to the browser session.

It appears that all types of variables: Global Server, Local Server, Global Browser and Local Browser have values that are unique to the individual browser session.

Is this a correct assumption?
