Corrupt Analysis

Hello,

I had to reboot my pc unceremoniously and now I am faced with a corrupt analysis. The exact message is:

Unable to open analysis of previous generation

Error opening files
Error returned by Hyper File
This file is not in Windev/Webdev/Windev Mobile 12.0 format
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\anaCD78.tmp\defrubp.FIC

I have tried repairing the analysis, resetting the generation number to 1 etc but I still get the above error when I try to generate the analysis.

Would appreciate any help I could get as I am really in a tight corner.

Hello Issah

There should be backup files in the lastsave folder within the analysis but failing that, delete the defrubp.fic file and in the analysis folder double click on the project.wda file. This will open Windev and it will automatically open the analysis. I think that a new defrubp.fic file will be built when you save the analysis again.
