[WD14+12] Query Editor Crash

Hi,

I have some problems with WD14 (also seen in WD12):

If I want to add a parameter to an existing query WD crashes.
I tried :

1. Repair project
2. delete the query and recreate it with the sql syntax and then reengeniering
3. delete the query and recreate it with the sql syntax and no reengeniering (then I can´t save it with the new parameter)

nothing helps :-(

Has anybody seen this before ?????

I've encountered problems when I changed a query as well. I don't know in what situation it was precisely, but WD closed when I wanted to change the query. Did you try to delete the cpl-directory?

no. But I have done this:

1. Save the query syntax
2. Delete the query
3. close WD
4. open wd
5. Create a new query with the sql syntax
6. save the query without reengeniering.
7. open the query and reengeniering.


Thats did the job.

Hello to you all,

I to have crashing problems when I want to change a query.
It doesn't hapen all the time but much to often.
This happens in WD11 and WD12. I thought it was my computer.
What I do know (sometimes it helps):
- I click on the save button
- Then I close the query editor.

today I have again the problem that my query editor crashs after append a parameter in a update query. Nothing helps, if I save the query, WD 14 crashes ....


I need urgent help .... has anybody an idea ????
