I have an application which uploads a file to the customer's web server and use the asp code located on the server and the uploaded file to update the database, which is also on the server. It worked fine.
Since the customer changes their host supplier, it stops working. The errors I got are 80040e09 and 80004005. I searched internet, it seems to be related to the user's permission. However, the customer says he has all the permission. I asked to log on his server and see his IIS server setting, but he said what he got is only a space.
Can anybody tell me what is the problem and what I can do for it? Thanks.
