I have a test project connecting a Windows Mobile PDA to SQL Server (Express) via the rpc remote access gateway. While it is very slow, it does work....nearly....
For testing I am using sql authentication with the 'sa' user.
The problem is that although i can list records and add new records, I cannot modify any record. The mobile app is crashing out on any modify attempt.
The crash message says 'fatal error caused by <ODBC/OLEDB provider = MSDASQL> access.
Anybody have any ideas??
