RAD pattern not available in New Window -> RAD tab

Hi:
I created my own RAD pattern. Once I generated the .Pattern file I copied it into the:
"\Programs\Data\Patterns\RAD\WD\Patterns" sub-directory (as documented in help)

The problem I have is the Pattern appears in "Workshop->Full Application RAD" option menu only, but not in the "New Window -> RAD tab". According the help, this should available in both places...Any idea?
