Ping Walrus [or anyone that knows] popupmenu

I saw the post of Walrus on the forum (See below), but no answer attached. Did anyone already solved this? Because I like to know how it is possible.

I would like to add menu items (options) to popupmenus dynamically through a
program. Is this possible?
i.e.

MainMenu
option1
option2

After code is run it should look like this: <-- this is what I need to know

MainMenu
option1
option2
option3 <-- this is added as a string.

This must be a new menuitem.
It could be a list of filenames or something.

You can add several popupmenus just by placing the following statement in the initialization code of your control (I use this to add another popupmenu to a table-control):

// V2009.01-1b: Het popupmenu uitbreiden met de mogelijkheid om de indeling
// van deze tabel weg te schrijven of te verwijderen.
MySelf..PopupMenu="+"+Popup_Tabel_Instellingen..Name
