no, only the french for version XI, if you need it just say so.
In english or french is the same, the only problem is in the wdservice.ini in french it looks like:
[SERVICE]
NOM=SRV_NAME
WDP=SRV_NAME.WDP
WDL=SRV_NAME.WDL
LIBELLE=SRV_NAME
DESCRIPTION=Service made with wdservice.exe
FREQUENCE=10000
