WD11 Native Mysql Error - Any idea?

still struggling with my first steps in mysql.
I receive the following error:

An error occured in this window
native MySQL access error.
Error Number = 22

L&#8217;erreur suivante a été renvoyée par la base données <localhost>:
Numéro d&#8217;erreur = <1>.
Message d&#8217;erreur :
Can&#8217;t create/write to file &#8216;#sql_efc_0.MYD&#8217; (Errcode: 13)

I have no idea to start searching, since when I'm debugging the program, it doesn't show this error!

make sure you have the libmysql.dll in your system path or the directory from which you are running your exe.
