Off-shore WinDev/Webdev development

Hello all,

I am thinking of jumping from Clarion to WinDev/WebDev.

My question is does anyone know of any off shore companys that offer programming services in WinDev and WebDev?

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

You are right. I'm in Nova Scotia Canada so everyone on the other side of the Atlantic is off shore.

Not necessarly,. I would like to put together a list of programmers for hire, hourly rate, experience in WinDev/WebDev etc.

If we make the jump to WinDev I want to mitigate the time to market while we learn WinDev/WebDev.
