iDestination problem - won't send to defined printer (wd12)

Hi all,

I'm having an odd issue where I'm trying to print output to a label printer using
iDestination but it seems that the command is being ignored.

Here's my code:

// print label directly to printer
iDestination(iPrinter,"LabelPrinter")
iInitReportQuery(MailLabel,ClientNo)
iPrintReport("MailLabel")
Close()

However, when the output is printed, its going to my current printer set in the program.
(command: iConfigure)

Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong?

Hi Georgio,

iDestination doesn't select a target, but only a target TYPE (ie Printer vs File vs...)
To select a specific printer, you should use iconfigure
