Trying to use the built in log process on a file. In the analysis set to file to log read write. did the synchronize of the analysis for my test server. Next open a form for the file and made a change. Next open another record and saved with the following error. reading the log with HHistoryModification gives same error. Open the log with WDlog works. Trying to view the log on the HFSQL control center causes different error and then crash.
Error returned by <localhost> server:
The description of the log file generated by HFSQL and description stored in the <__JNL\cabinettrac\HOMEJNL.FIC> file are different. HFSQL cannot use this log file.
Solution:
Archive and delete the <__JNL\cabinettrac\HOMEJNL.FIC> log file.
A new log file will be automatically recreated.
