Hi ,

I only have type-C ports on my new laptop . can I request PCS to change to type-C dongle ?

Hi,

You can use an appropriate USB to Type C converter without change the dongle!

Hi CCC,

please, just ask PC Soft Tech Support about how to change the USB-dongle to USB, type C! I don't know whether they have USB-Cs already or not. Add-on: some time ago I read about plans of PC Soft to change the licensing of new products from dongle to software protection. I'm not sure how far they got with that type of protection solution. Just ask!

I will try contact them. currently I using convertor but it cause additional length and I have to remember bring it when i onsite .

I hope PCS change license method same as office365 where you can add and remove from device online. this way no need worry lose
