Make users agree to terms at logon

Hi,

I need to put a feature into my system so that when a certain user logs in for the first time they must view my terms & conditions and then tick a box to say they've agreed them. I seem to remember an example showing this but I can't find it, can anyone point me in the right direction?

The WDSetup example has a License window that looks like it might work for you.
I think that one of the components also had a licence page but can't remember which one.
