[WD22] Missing Vertical Scroll bar in Project Explorer

Hello All,

Over the last few months, the vertical scroll bar in the IDE Project Explorer would go missing.
I used to be able to get it back by closing down and re-starting or turning the coverage on and off but now it appears to be gone forever.

Has anybody else experienced this and have any idea how to get it back ?
