is this section newly added or was there since beginning ?

The created APPLICATION shall not contain more than 10% (ten per cent) of dynamically compiled code and/or UMC code. If an APPLICATION contains more than 10% of dynamically compiled code and/or more than 10% of UMC code, a WINDEV license is required for each computer where the APPLICATION is installed.

I don't know if it started in version 10 or 11 but in version 11 it was already there and in version 9 it didn't exist.
