WebDev 23 IDE instability???

WebDev 23 IDE instability???

I am new to WebDev after using WinDev for many years. Windows recently updated to 1809. I am going through the tutorial and have had the IDE terminate several times. I have tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions and both seem to have the same problem. Is this just a "feature" of 23, or is it more likely that there is a problem with 1809?
