[WD21] - Project Opening Failure

Hi All

I have a couple of small (very small) projects. They literally have 1 window, some code, and little else. I ahve a recurring problem with several of these tiny projects as follows:

1) Open the project
2) WD opens the project and crashes with popup "WinDev21.exe = Win32 has stopped working"
3) Close WinDev (no choice)
4) Delete the .ENV file
5) Re-open the project - everything is perfect
6) I can then re-open the project several times this day
7) Tomorrow when I open the project I go back to step 1

... Any clue what is going on here?

Hi JP,

if your .env file is systematically broken (like it looks it is), I would think that something is interfering with it...

So, please check that you excluded from your antivirus/antimalware software BOTH the windev directory and the PROJECTS directory, as we are doing stuff that is not "normal" for an anti-virus.
