carousel only in english environment?!?

carousel only in english environment?!?

Hello community,
discribing the captions and images in lets say 5 languages in carousel control.. no problem.
when running the carousel only the english language comes into account.
Changing the Nation (3) to Nation (1) ore any other (11,4,...) brings alltimes the same result... english language. Any idea whats wrong here?????
