What happened to this years TDF?

Does anyone know what happened to this years TDF? I look forward for the yearly TDF around the August timeframe....and it's October now....

If I may better ask my question;

Over the years we have seen a new version and then around the month of August we see the example/sample file updates like on V16 over in the FTP files is PACK_TDF for 2011 of WD160PACKTDFTECH2011.exe

Was there an annoucement I missed on no V17 TDF this year?

There's in general 2 TDF's per year:
- One for the announcement of the new version (in casu V18 now) around november/december
- One with tips and tricks of the current version around spring time (usually april/may/june).
