WDSETUP has had problems with directory names, it mixed some of them between French & English, it had problems to correctly detect an installed HFSQL Server and never installed the 64-bit version correctly. Additionally, problems with install / update of 'Reports and Queries' did surface (which I still have to verify. Info: the uninstaller of Reports and Queries did not work from System Settings .. Programs .. uninstall).
Good news: PC Soft technicians did fix all of these problems and to me it looks like a clean piece of software now. Bad news: the fixed version is to be found as a complete project in WinDev 15/FR and for the time being it can be loaded with WinDev 15 only!
In case that you do not want to localise WDSETUP and use it as is, the compiled exe files can be copied into WD 14/US, maybe even into WD12/US. There are three files which have to be copied:
WDINST.EXE and WDINST.WDK have to be copied to \WinDev14\programs
WDSETUP.EXE has to be copied to \WinDev14\programs\Data
