Create a VPN Connection

Does anyone have any experience in using a VPN Connection
in Windev12 mobile?

Even starting a connection seems a bit problematic for me
if the OS (Windows Mobile 6) does this not automatically.

Tried already to use CellCore.DLL directly but suffered because
I do not know how to set up the dynamic structure needed for that.
The standard API calls do not offer any CellCore calls ...

Any idea?
