WinDev12/WebDev12 Documentation (WDAIDE.EXE) with IE7

Has anyone encountered any problems with Version 12 and IE7?

I am getting the "Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet" error message, and it appears to be looking in an old IE directory path for the document.

I have lodged a support request - but I would appreciate if someone can confirm if this is an environment issue that can be fixed (I have spend 4 hours trying) - or if this is a WinDev/WebDev issue. If you have IE7 and everything is working as it should, please let me know and I'll try some more.

I've been through about 4 notebooks in the last few months and I haven't encountered that at all.

For reference - this was resolved by PC Soft Tech Support.

The XML Parser had be be updated:-

[www.microsoft.com]

This may have been caused by installing software - possibly Dreamweaver 8.

Yes, I had a similar issue with the XML parser when I tried to install a Nero 8 update. It seems to be very "flakey" indeed! :sneg:
